Clean, hip new hotel, I enjoyed well-organised and well-equipped rooms and caring staff.

The room was brand-new with mini fridge and microwave, as for instance. Had a shower, hair dryers and a bidet in the bathroom: )

We had a NICE stay at this hip new hotel. They placed us in a suite which was big size and new-fashioned. The staff were cooperative during our stay.

The whole place was clean and the staff were really helpful and very very helpful. I booked a room with a comfy bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe. The unbeatable and strategic location was just walking distance from Sedco Square. No reason to complain, the hotel met needs well...

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

It was a joy spending time in the a nice size and themed room with TV, fridge and kettle. We had a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The hotel had a favourable location just walking distance from Sedco Square.

Spending my Christmas holiday in this hotel was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming which made us feel comfortable. The hotel provided us with complementary breakfast and wifi, which is always appreciated. The location was fantastic, with plenty of local restaurants and a convenience store nearby. We also enjoyed the easy access to transportation, making it easy for us to explore the city.

We encountered a few issues during our stay. The room was only cleaned every three days which was a bit of an inconvenience, and the television had some technical difficulties.

We were unhappy about the safety deposit policy and lack of staff on hand during checkout. The request for a deposit was expected, but not the absence of a staff member to return it.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotspot @ City Centre. The location was ideal, with plenty of amenities within walking distance. The room was newly renovated, clean, and spacious. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.
